How to Perform the Test

Prepare for the Test

Ensure the test cassette and collection materials are at room temperature (15-30°C).

Remove the test cassette from its sealed pouch and place it on a flat surface.

Collect Your Stool Sample

Attach the flushable stool collection paper to the toilet seat.

Collect a small stool sample (avoid contact with toilet water).

Prepare the Sample

Open the sampling tube (keep it upright).

Using the attached sampling stick, poke into the stool sample at three or more spots.

Return the stick to the tube, tighten the lid, and shake vigorously to mix the sample.

Let it settle for one minute.
Perform the Test

Snap off the tip of the tube to create a dropper opening.

Add 3 drops of the mixed sample into the sample well (S) on the test cassette.

Start a timer and wait 10-15 minutes before reading the results.

Do not interpret results after 20 minutes, as they may be inaccurate.
How to Interpret Your Results

✅ Negative (No H. pylori Detected)

Only the Control (C) line appears.

No H. pylori infection detected.

Two lines appear – one in the Control (C) line and one in the Test (T) line.

This suggests H. pylori infection, which may require treatment. Consult a doctor for further evaluation.

Possible causes: insufficient sample, expired test, or incorrect procedure.
