Refund Policy

At Lab on Demand, we are committed to providing high-quality health products. Please read the following refund policy carefully before purchasing any items from our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
 

Non-Returnable Products
Due to the nature of our products and for health and hygiene reasons, all test kits are non-returnable once opened. If you have opened the product packaging, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.
 

Unopened Test Kits
You may return an unopened test kit within 14 days of receiving the item, provided the product is in its original, sealed condition. In order to be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in resellable condition.
 

Faulty Products
If your test kit is found to be faulty or defective upon arrival, we will offer a full refund or replacement. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product if you believe it is faulty, and we will provide you with instructions for returning the item.

In the case of faulty or defective goods, the item must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued.
 

Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Opened test kits or any products where the seal has been broken.

  • Products that have been used or tampered with.

  • Products returned after 14 days from receipt.
     

Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 10% will be applied to all returns of unopened products. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. The restocking fee is to cover the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking returned products.
 

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
 

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the applicable restocking fee. Refunds for unopened products will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for any delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party couriers once the product has been dispatched from our warehouse. While we provide estimated shipping timeframes, we cannot guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe. All returns must comply with our policy regardless of shipping delays.

Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and they will take effect immediately upon posting.
